Can this integrate with Google Calendar and Outlook?
Yes. We pull live availability from Google Calendar and Microsoft 365. When a booking is made, a calendar event is created automatically for both the staff member and the client.
How do reminders work?
We send configurable sequences — typically confirmation immediately, reminder 48 hours before, and reminder 2 hours before. Each reminder can go via email, SMS, or WhatsApp depending on what the client prefers.
Can we take a deposit to reduce no-shows?
Yes. We configure deposit rules: fixed amount, percentage of total, or full prepayment. The deposit is taken at booking via Stripe. On cancellation with sufficient notice, we can configure automatic refunds.
Can different team members have different availability and services?
Yes. Each staff member has their own availability schedule, service types they offer, and booking rules. Clients choose the staff member or are assigned by availability.
How long does this take to build?
